1. Your Liver Is Starving — So Belly Fat Has Nowhere to Go
A research review from the University of North Carolina’s Nutrition Research Institute found that your liver needs choline to transport fat out. Choline helps build the particles that carry fat away. Without it, fat stays trapped and builds up in the liver.
Here’s the problem: 89% of men don’t get enough choline. The richest source on earth? Beef liver. The one food modern men stopped eating.
Bulldoze delivers freeze-dried Beef Liver — so your liver can finally do its job: move fat out instead of locking it in.
This is why your belly stayed while your arms got lean. Not laziness. A starving liver.

Choline and liver fat export: evidence from controlled human studies and mechanistic reviews
Humans put on low-choline diets develop fatty liver and liver damage. The mechanism is direct: the liver needs phosphatidylcholine (made from choline) to build VLDL particles that export triglycerides. When phosphatidylcholine is unavailable, those particles cannot form and fat stays trapped inside liver cells.
In a controlled feeding study, 77% of men developed fatty liver or muscle damage on a low-choline diet. Liver fat was measured by MRI. Signs of organ dysfunction reversed when choline was restored. The same pattern appears across multiple human depletion–repletion studies: remove choline and fat accumulates in the liver; supply choline and the accumulation reverses.
